Visualization exercises to promote relaxation during birth

What to expect after the birth
Breastfeeding information
Valuable resources for you to use if needed
...A binder with the above information for you to keep is also included.
These sessions may also include watching DVD's for additional information as well as various exercises.
Sessions are one visit and take approximately 2-3 hours. Additional sessions can be scheduled if needed.

Postpartum Consultation
We will visit you in your home after the birth of your baby to discuss your birth experience and address any needs or concerns you may have while you recover from childbirth and begin your journey to parenthood. We will make sure that you are adjusting well after childbirth both physically and mentally. If we feel you will may need additional support, we will refer you to the proper individuals. We want you to feel your best so that you can have a wonderful bonding experience with your new baby!
